We are able to offer face to face assessments when possible as well as online demonstrations unless you are living in a restricted region.

In-line with current advice, face to face assessments can only take place where: everyone involved is free from symptoms of COVID-19; if they have self-isolated for 10 days after onset of symptoms; or if they have have been in contact with others with symptoms - that they have self-isolated for 14 days. This, of course, applies to Distribe staff as well.

Before booking an appointment, either with a product advisor or at our shop, we require written confirmation of the following:

  1. Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?

  2. Are you awaiting a test, or the results of a COVID-19 test?

  3. Do you have any of the following symptoms? New continuous cough, High temperature or fever? Loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste?

  4. Do you live with someone who has tested positive , or has symptoms of COVID-19, in the last 14 days?

  5. Have you travelled in the past 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19?

Please note that all attending must wear face-masks even if the assessment takes place in their own home.

In many cases, will be possible to maintain 1m or 2m distance from the user being assessed, but we would ask that all other stakeholders maintain social distancing and avail themselves of suitable PPE.

Distribe staff will be wearing surgical face-masks and visors if necessary. As well as aprons and gloves where required and pertinent to do so. Distribe equipment will be cleaned thoroughly between assessments.

We are also able to support clients, professionals, and carers remotely - using technology such as Skype, WhatsApp, MS Teams, and Facetime for any product guidance or troubleshooting. We are able to process quotations and orders via head office and via our Product Specialist.
